Nursa allows facilities to contact clinicians directly through the app to improve communication and make shift scheduling easier.
Contacting a clinician who has requested a shift at your facility
- Tap Menu in the top left
- Tap Schedule

Scroll and find the specific Shift Card
- Note: On the Schedule Page, you can adjust your filters to "Requested" and the date of the requested shift
- Tap Manage Request
- Tap the specific clinician
- Scroll to below their list of credentials
- Tap the envelop with the phone icon next to "Suggest Clinician Upload a Credential"

Choose one of the four contact options
- You can also use this process to request additional credentials
PRO TIP: Sending an In-App Message is always recommended for contacting a clinician who is not yet scheduled. This will open a communication thread in the app that you can go back to as needed in the future!
Contacting a clinician who is scheduled for a shift at your facility
- Tap Menu in the top left
- Tap Schedule

Scroll and find the specific Shift Card
- Note: On the Schedule Page, you can adjust your filters to "Scheduled" and the date of the requested shift
- Tap the Shift Card to open Shift Details
- Tap the envelop with the phone icon by the clinician's info on the right side
- Choose one of the four contact options
PRO TIP: Try calling, leaving a voicemail, or texting. Many people do not answer numbers they do not recognize!
