  • How to Contact a Clinician

Nursa allows facilities to contact clinicians directly through the app to improve communication and make shift scheduling easier.

Contacting a clinician who has requested a shift at your facility

    1. Tap Menu in the top left
    2. Tap Schedule
    3. Scroll and find the specific Shift Card
      • Note: On the Schedule Page, you can adjust your filters to "Requested" and the date of the requested shift
    4. Tap Manage Request
    5. Tap the specific clinician
    6. Scroll to below their list of credentials
    7. Tap the envelop with the phone icon next to "Suggest Clinician Upload a Credential"
    8. Choose one of the four contact options
      • You can also use this process to request additional credentials

PRO TIP: Sending an In-App Message is always recommended for contacting a clinician who is not yet scheduled. This will open a communication thread in the app that you can go back to as needed in the future!
