If you are paid through Stripe to your traditional bank, you are able to update your own Direct Deposit information in the Nursa App whenever you need.
Update Your Direct Deposit

Tap the Menu in the top left corner

Tap Payment Info

Tap the pencil in the box with your bank info

Update/edit your routing and account numbers

Note: Your routing number will pre-populate, but you can edit it if needed. Your account number will be blank.

Tap Save

You'll receive a verification code text message. Enter the code to confirm the update
If you’re using the mobile app and you don’t receive the text verification code, try updating your information on a desktop web browser. If you still don’t receive the code, please reach out to Support at support@nursa.com or call 801-695-9609.
