To check details of shifts or to see if you have been scheduled for a shift check your schedule section.
- Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner
- Tap Schedule
- Tap to adjust the Filters in the upper right corner to Scheduled and Requested and tap Apply
Note: The Nursa App will encourage you to add your scheduled shifts to the calendar on your phone.
Pro Tip: If you have a shift request that is still pending, you can reach out to that facility directly to see if they still need someone to fill the shift.
- Opened – A shift that is in the marketplace and not filled yet

Viewed – A shift that a clinician has seen but not requested

Requested – A shift that clinician has asked to work
-
Scheduled – A shift that has been filled and a clinician is set to work
-
In Progress – A shift that has already started
-
Completed – The shift has been completed
-
Didn't work – The clinician who was scheduled to work ended up not working
-
Canceled – Shifts that clinician canceled
-
Unfulfilled – Shift was not worked
