<p>Timesheet Review is used when a clinician reports an issue with their recorded shift time and manual review is required.</p><p></p><p>Most shifts on Nursa are tracked automatically using <strong>location-verified timekeeping</strong> or custom <strong>QR code</strong> or <strong>one-time passcode (OTP)</strong> methods. When an issue occurs, clinicians submit a Timesheet Review instead of a standard shift report.</p><p></p><p>A clinician may submit a Timesheet Review if:</p><ul><li><p>They forgot to check in or check out</p></li><li><p>There is a significant discrepancy in recorded time</p></li><li><p>They worked additional time outside the scheduled shift</p></li><li><p>They experienced location, QR code, or OTP issues</p></li></ul><p></p><p>To do this, the clinician selects <strong>Report Time Issue</strong> in the app.</p><p></p><h2>How to confirm Timesheet Reviews</h2><ol><li><p>Go to your schedule</p></li><li><p>View in calendar or list view. Timesheet Reviews are clearly marked in red for visibility:</p></li></ol><ul><li><p><strong>Calendar view:</strong> The shift appears in red</p></li><li><p><strong>List view:</strong> Navigate to <strong>Shift Reports</strong> and look for the <strong>Time Review</strong> status highlighted in red</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="ipsEmoji" title="">⚠️</span> <strong>Clinicians will not be paid for shifts in Time Review status until the reported time is reviewed and approved by a facility manager. </strong>Facility managers should regularly review Shift Reports and prioritize any shifts marked <strong>Time Review</strong> to prevent payment delays.</p>
