0 Kate Olsen
Nursa focuses on PNR or per diem shifts. This allows clinicians to pick up shifts that are closer to them and not have the looming commitment of a 13 week contract! It puts the flexibility and ease of controlling your schedule back in the clinicians hands, as well as giving the facilities the ability to manage who they choose to hire for each shift.
0 Tanny
You are able to see what time slots you have available and what ones are needed AND you can see the pay they are offering for that one shift. You are your own boss! You decide. Heck yeah!
0 Kyrie Papenfuss
Also... Nursa's pay is extremely comparatively competitive!
0 Mornique Dicey
That we have a wide variety of support and resources. Nursa is very good at getting in contact with not just by phone but email and now the community! Where our voices are heard, to start topics, bounce ideas around and sharing feedback with everyone not just the support team!
