1 Lori Fuqua Posted November 7 Posted November 7 Hi Adel, I'm sorry to hear you're feeling ignored. Is it just with one particular facility or are you new to Nursa and these are the first shifts you've requested? Have you contacted Nursa Support? 1 Quote

The very best thing you can do is fill out your profile to the max and ensure you have the three essential credentials done. The more skills, training, or experience listed in your profile also makes you more likely to be picked up for shifts. Furthermore, show your willingness to work and commitment to working hard by utilizing Nursa's inbox feature to reach out to facilities and show them your desire and commitment because, at the end of the day, they want to know that person is going to come and work hard. 1 Nenad Ivanovic Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Hi @Adel Velazquez, have you added all the credentials needed for those particular facilities? Besides a healthcare license, other credentials can help you as you are new on the platform, and later on it will get easier. You can also try facilities in nearby locations, and there this link might help you 1 Quote

And I have sent messages to the facilities directly but that is part of me getting ignored. No reply back and a day or day after contacting them getting a notification saying that shift was given to someone else. 1 Quote

0 Adel Velazquez Posted November 12 Author Posted November 12 Unfortunately I am still not given any shifts I have been requesting, it's really disappointing and disheartening, I will ultimately be terminating my account seeing how it's absolutely useless for me and because of this experience, and good luck to all 1 Quote
0 Adel Velazquez Posted November 13 Author Posted November 13 I filled out my profile completely, including the skills assessment. The shifts I was getting shown prior to my account deletion were in the next state away which does not make it justifiable to pick up those shifts when my take home pay will be lost to hotel, and travel. 1 Quote

I'm sorry you had a bad experience! Most of us have great experiences with the app. I think, for some specific places, you have to just keep applying, and after a while, you might get a shift. After you've completed one successfully, filling more shifts is easier. Quote
0 AYESHA CHURCHILL Posted November 25 Posted November 25 I've been with Nursa since May and I hardly ever get the shifts I request. I can request a shift that's been posted for days, suddenly it's been filled. Or the facility accepts then cancels. Nursa isn't a good platform to use if you actually want to work. 2 Quote
0 Lori Fuqua Posted November 26 Posted November 26 Ayesha I'm sorry that's been your experience so far! The shifts that you have gotten - what worked? Have you been able to get repeat shifts from those? Quote
0 AYESHA CHURCHILL Posted Wednesday at 05:37 AM Posted Wednesday at 05:37 AM I have gotten repeat shifts, but not recently. I request 2-3 shifts every week from facilities in my area and they're always "filled somewhere else". I haven't been able to pick up a shift in a month. Quote
0 Nenad Ivanovic Posted Wednesday at 04:36 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:36 PM Hi @AYESHA CHURCHILL in which location you are looking for shifts? What type of license and experience do you have? Quote
