I'm having a lot of trouble getting my background check submitted



I keep getting an email from First Advantage saying that my background check cannot be finished until I submit a waiver form for my information to be disclosed. I have no idea how to get that form. I talked to First Advantage and they referred me to Nursa. Does anyone have any idea what I need to do? This is stressing me out

But I've escalated this to our team who handles background checks, and they'll be emailing you everything you need to take your next steps! First Advantage should take it from there once you're able to complete those next steps, but don't hesitate to reach out with any other questions.
