I worked a shift recently and the facility canceled the shift 2 days after. Now the RCC is saying I didn’t work the shift, but the employees know I did. How do I get paid for working that shift?

@Linx13 I'm so sorry that happened! If you could contact Customer Support, they will be able to investigate what happened with the shift and take the next steps to resolve that for you and make sure you get paid for what you worked.
