I, for one, will always ask to have my days scheduled in a block - sometimes 4 12-hour shifts in a row - sometimes a full 6! This gives me a lot of time in between to take personal time with family and keeps me less burned out. What are your opinions?

Block schedules are intense, but not taking a long enough break doesn't let you fully unwind. I vote for block schedules too 🙋♀️
