Laila Ighani Posted September 12 Share Posted September 12 A recently published article titled Nursing Team Composition and Mortality Following Acute Hospital Admission found a statistically significant increase in the risk of death among patients exposed to days of low nurse staffing and that using temporary staff only partially reduced the risk of patient deaths. Keyin Jeremiah Posted September 30 Share Posted September 30 for CNAs, we get great external aides sometimes, and other times, they just hide, do not help, and ignore call lights. It's important to be selective. It's great that Nursa allows facilities to favorite clinicians that do a great job and even auto-schedule them.
