Did you know it's National Atrial Fibrillation Month?

Miranda Belcher

Question

September is National Atrial Fibrillation Month, a time to raise awareness about this common heart condition. It's crucial to educate ourselves on its risks and management strategies. Let’s work together to spread the word and support those affected by AFib! ❤️💔 Learn more about it [here](https://www.stopafib.org/afib-news-events/news/why-is-september-atrial-fibrillation-awareness-month/).

I myself have AFib and need to take medication for it 3 times per day, or my heart flutters and runs above the normal range around 120. I wish I wasn't so addicted to caffeine, as that certainly doesn't help! I take my meds with my morning coffee, lol 😆
