  1. So if “Sara” picks up a shift on Thursday that is for the coming Saturday morning, and I get a SOS text for that same shift Friday night. You gone tell me I’m going to be making the same as “SARA”? This was my first shift picking up on Nursa in over a year! Last time I checked last min shifts got paid more or a bonus! They then turned around and sent a SOS for Sunday morning for a shift that had already started and the pay was THE SAME! 😂 how is Nursa allowing this! I make more money at my regular facility I’m hired at!
  2. I’ve been saying for a mth now the app is having issues with the scheduling and notifications being out of wack! Good luck? There just gonna tell you to reinstall the app or use the Nursa website. Which none of that will help
  3. Hello, I live in Nevada and in order to keep your license you have to take a yearly cultural competency test. The test is usually given by the facility you work but since I work for you guys this year. Will you be making the tasks available that we need to keep our license active. If we worked for a facility they would provide it

  5. I also had a representative tell me “Gosh you request a lot of shifts” ummmmmm yeah I gotta request 50 just to get 2 lol
  6. Well this week I requested a shift from Sunday to Saturday and I only got Scheduled 3 days. I’m not understanding how Nursa expects people to make a living when you can’t even get selected for shifts! I have 17yrs experience and can’t even get more than 3days working off this APP. And when I do it’s always the weekends. The days No one wants to work. It would be soooooo beneficial to the many people in my boat if the shifts were first come first serve! I can pick up a shift for Wednesday on a Monday but then someone can pick it up Wednesday and they get the shift while I been waiting in Limbo for 48hrs
  7. I agree! I also have this happening to me. I think the first come first serve is a great idea. It’s tiring fighting for these shifts in hopes you will make money that week IF the facility chooses you
  8. It would be okay if your app didn’t have so many issues. That’s why I think daily pay would be better! The two day pay has been messing up already
  9. I agree! It should be first come first work! A lot of facilities are hand picking who works and it’s not fair to people who are getting picked over. I understand having reliable workers but how can you know if someone is reliable if they aren’t picked to work

  11. Hello is anyone having trouble with shifts at Mission Pines in Las Vegas? I worked there over the weekend and I had to leave a hr early for an emergency and now they won’t schedule me again because I reported the nurse and aide I was working with left me on the floor for a hr and a half while they went on break. I got a message saying I should of told the scheduler I had to leave but I told the nurse who I was working with I was leaving. Since I reported that nurse I can’t get scheduled anymore
  12. Can we get text notifications when facilities are posting shifts? Since the app is not working correctly it would be nice to get notifications about shifts
  13. The issue is not solved the app is still not working correctly NO ONE HAS CALLED ME how can we rely on your app of the app is not working correctly? You guys depend on us to make these shifts but your app is not working properly
  14. All of these shifts that say scheduled I wasn’t scheduled for the shift but according to app I was.
  15. It’s not my phone it’s the app. WiFi connected or not I’m still having issues with my shifts
