Q2: I didn't originally qualify, but now I qualify. Can I still get the fee waived? ▼ A2: Yes! Contact support to get you added to the promotion. Q3: Can friends and family sign up for Previ? ▼ A3: Yes, users can add additional lines to their plan all at the same rates listed above. The $99 membership applies to the account, not for each line, making it a better deal when adding more lines. Q4: Does it matter what carrier a user is coming from? ▼ A4: It does not matter what carrier a user is coming from. Previ will help them move over, even if they already use T-Mobile or AT&T. Q5: Do you have plans for other cell-enabled devices like watches and tablets? ▼ A5: Yes, you can see the estimates for adding those lines to your account as you fill out your information via the landing page. Q6: What if I'm currently financing a device? ▼ A6: Previ can handle that as well, and you will continue your device payments through Previ. Q7: What if I stop working shifts through the Nursa platform? ▼ A7: Once you sign up for Previ, you're in. There are no activity requirements on the Nursa platform for clinicians to maintain access to Previ. Q8: Will I be able to keep my same number? ▼ A8: Yes, you can keep your same number. Q9: How much will I save? ▼ A9: If you fill out your information via the landing page, you'll be able to see exactly what it is going to cost and compare it to what you are currently paying before committing. Most folks should see hundreds of dollars of savings per year, and some may even save more than $1000 per year. Q10: How is the service through Previ? ▼ A10: The lines through Previ are priority unlimited enterprise 5G lines. Users will have higher priority than even T-Mobile or AT&T's regular consumer customers. Q11: What is the catch? ▼ A11: There aren't really any catches, but there are a couple of things to be aware of: - Previ doesn’t offer device discounts, so when it is time to upgrade devices, users will have to pay the full-retail price. - Previ doesn’t offer perks like free Netflix/Disney+ subscriptions like some carriers do on their expensive plans. However, the savings for most people are substantial enough that they should still save money when using Previ and continuing to pay for some of those subscriptions. If you want sign up or have additional questions, you can visit Previ Support. Email: support@previ.com Call or Text: 801-437-0620
  4. UPDATE: @Amethyst Storey your Background check is uploaded and there was an unverified license for another state that we went and verified. All should be good now. Let me know if you have any more questions 🙂 Hi @Amethyst Storey! Let me dig and see what is up here. I'll let you know when I have an update 🙂
  5. No. As you are an independent contractor, Nursa does not provide badges nor any equipment to fulfill shifts. Nursa is a platform to connect you with facilities seeking clinicians to fill per diem shifts. Please remember, you are not an employee of Nursa. It is Nursa policy that clinicians provide proof of their identity to a facility administrator or facility employee upon arrival to each shift. Learn more about our Proof of Identity Policy here. 6. Yes. Arizona requires a fingerprint clearance card to work within the state. In Arizona, the fingerprint clearance card is just as essential as your license. It is your responsibility to apply, pay for, and ultimately obtain a fingerprint clearance card. Facilities may check the status of your fingerprint clearance card through the Department of Public Safety website at any time. Please refer to this state website for any and all FAQs regarding this process including how to apply and any additional information required by the state of Arizona. 7. Thanks @Shamica Woods for bringing this to our attention! Usually the SOS shifts have a higher rate or bonus so I will share with the Nevada team.
  8. Nursa does not follow the traditional time tracking practices, such as clocking in/out or physical timesheets. Instead, you will receive a notification at the end of your shift prompting you to complete a Shift Report. How to Complete a Nursa Shift Report Once the shift has ended, you will receive a Notification in the upper right corner of the Nursa App Note: If you did not receive a notification or missed it, you can access incomplete Shift Reports by tapping Schedule > tap Change view and select Completed - Shift Report Due > select the shift date > scroll down and select the Shift Card Tap Verify Shift Report If worked, tapped Yes, I worked this Shift Note: If you DID NOT work this shift, you will still ned to complete the shift report by selecting "No, I Didn't Work this Shift" and following the prompted steps. You will only be paid for the time you are AT the facility working. Tap Submit Shift Report and follow prompts to rate your experience. Your Shift Report will then be sent to the facility to be verified within 2 business days. Note: You will have 7 calendar days to submit shift report before it will time out. Nursa offers twice weekly and instant pay (Nursa Direct) options. Learn more here Related Articles Schedule and Calendar Page When do I get paid? 9. @Kieran Donahue Circling back to this convo, we are actually looking at helping to provide better pictures for facilities and information. What of the following would be beneficial or anything to add? Building Exterior Front Entrance The reception/admin/check-in desk Any amenities (kitchen, activity area, lounge area, pool, etc.) The inside of a room or two
  10. Great question @Teem! Nursa Direct is available right as you sign up for Nursa in any state. Following 3 shifts completed across any amount of time, through Nursa Direct, you will be eligible for instant payments. I would recommend signing up from the get go with Nursa Direct. You can go to your wallet and choose that as a payment option and follow the prompts. You will get paid within 2-3 days, and after the 3 completed shifts you can become eligible for instant pay. You can read more here: https://community.nursa.com/nursa-direct/

  13. @Ashley1977 @Theresa Jacobs and @danah thank you for sharing! If you wouldn't mind, either sharing here or in a DM to myself the names of these facilities and locations. I know last minute cancellations can be very frustrating when you are counting on the work. We want to encourage dependable behavior by facilities. Thank you for sharing!
