  4. NURSES!!! I reallllyyyy NEED YOUR INPUT! Us nurses are struggling to feel heard/valued at the hospital I'm currently at. What do hospitals you work at do (if applicable, lol) that help you and other nurses feel heard/valued?? Something that I've heard of is shared governance, tuition reimbursement, or career development courses. Thoughts??

  6. Tanny, picking up hospital shifts is super easy, as long as you have a little prior experience. It's a great way to make fast money.

  8. Working as a nurse can be really difficult, let alone as a hospital nurse... so why do you stay? I'll go first: the flexibility with having a family. Nursa has given that to me!

  10. I need my snacks!!! I'm always eating and can't go more than two hours without something to give me energy. Nothing harder than a shift where you don't eat at all
