  1. I just want to let ya'll know that despite of my relationship with NURSA (either good or bad), I'm still Thankful to be with this company. From CNA's, Nurses and to all NURSA staff, team and management. I want to extend my arms and say Thank you for being supportive, for providing us a competitive rate that other agencies could not match.

  2. I been using Clipboard Health since couple of months and I love it! Way better than Nursa. Nursa used to be good, but this year they had been losing contracts with most facilities and the pay with bonuses are getting limited. Most of my shifts were cancelled, you can't even rate a facility or comment by doing this to you.

    I understand you have your pay preferences in tracking and receiving. How do you feel about the previous one-time weekly pay vs. daily pay? Would you want to be able to choose each week or a set schedule?

  4. Hello Nursa!

     

    My app gives me certain shift notifications that are not up to date (like it notifies me most shifts that was already done from previous days) and the shifts that was supposed to be canceled and filled are still showing on the list that still available. 

     

    Also, I would like to go back for getting paid every week (every Thurs) instead of getting paid 2x per week of pay. For me, I'm able to track better on how much I make and also preferred to get paid huge sum of money every week.

    After I complete a shift, then immediately complete my shift report and get the confetti flying across the page that states “You have successfully completed your shift report.”   Then, the very next time I sign on to the NURSA App’ it tells me to complete my shift report. The one I had just successfully completed.  It’s very confusing when this happens.   Most facility staffers tell me they submit NURSA shift reports immediately.  Is it just a glitch in the system or format when this happens? 

    I agree with this gal! She's a great nurse.

  6. Hello everyone and to all NURSA team!

     

    I have been with this company for 1 year and I love it!

     

    There are some things that I would like to see with NURSA, and those are:

    • Increase pay/bonuses for clinicians who have higher ratings with many shifts or facilities worked. 
    • The shifts posted on app should be in chronological order (like from today's date to beyond), this makes a lot easier to keep track of shifts.
    • We used to have a filter that tells clinician of which facilities pays most, what happened to that? lol
    • More coverage throughout states from West to East Coast.
    • Travel contracts with an option to work as 1099? (I know this may sound impossible but it could happen).

     

    I know this may seem a lot, and this is just in my own words. But ya'll had been doing great to me and us clinicians from day one we started to use this app. I truly love the fact that NURSA allows us to work in our own practice and create a life changing wealth or freedom. I'm saying this because I was a staff working in a nursing home since 2009. (I started to earn $18 an hour as an LPN, but never got raised after that for years!)

     

    NURSA just keeps growing & growing with new management team (from R&D to Marketing), and I'm proud to be part of it! I cant wait for this company to thrive and grow more!

  7. Hi NURSA Team!

     

    Not sure why there were not so many job postings daily for CNA's, LPN's and RN's, and this happened since Thurs.

    This does not usually happen, specially in Salt Lake area (where you always have new job posting everyday).

     

    Can someone please tell us what is happening with the app?
