I find it very difficult and disheartening that a facility would go behind my back and be dishonest about me not working a shift. When. I worked a double for them on the 3rd floor which is the long term care units that was super short that day it was only me and another CNA on the floor that night back in May on the 12 of May at that at a facility called avatars lake Zurich. I had 46 residents that night all super heavy with no clean laundry no nothing and i completed the shift both shift for what I had and I was told August 6 is when I found out my account was frozen due to a no call no show but I was fully paid out.. why hasn’t any one reached out to me and asked me for them selves or anything?? These apps are going downhill pretty fast
