  1. Hi Lori, I was able to get in touch with an agent from Nursa and explained everything to them. They reversed my no call no show and unfroze my account!
  2. Hi, Recently my account was frozen on Nursa due to a No Call No Show. The day I was scheduled for a shift I did have car troubles and contacted the scheduler, notifying them that my car was stalled and wouldn’t be able to make it to the shift. They listed me as a no call no show and I can’t request any shifts. I do have screenshots available of notifying the scheduler that I won’t be there and them saying it was fine and acknowledging that I wouldn't be able to make it to my shift. Is there any way I can reverse this? Please and thank you!
