About the program:

The Nursa Champions will be an indispensable part of the larger Nursa Community. As a Champion, you will bring others together, collaborate, share, and represent clinicians all over the nation. We see ourselves as a vehicle to make an impact in the healthcare field. We are looking for those equally invested in being an example to others and making a difference in the local community.

What to expect:

As a Nursa Champion, you will be an extension of Nursa. You will be expected to help welcome new members, share local insight, post weekly on the community, and participate in monthly check-in calls with the Champion Program Manager.

How to qualify:

Clinicians in good standing who are passionate about their work and want to help and inspire others. We will be looking at a few things to determine eligibility. For example:

• Requests/fills shifts on regular basis. 

• Low cancellation rate

• Optimized profile

• Up-to-date background check

• Good facility relationships.
