New Low Rates

Why are the shift rates this low? Accepting low rates sets the standards for the pay we deserve. These assignments are tough and we are often just thrown into the shift.

Yeah, its sucks when it's not as high as at other times. I agree, we need to help set the bar so the world's value of healthcare workers remains high. I know it has something to do with the need in that area and the particular shift itself (like day vs night, holiday vs regular day, etc...) but it is a labor marketplace so we can expect some fluctuations. Let's hope for some peaks soon! 🤞
