Unvaccinated not getting shifts is discrimination

Am I getting my shifts canceled because I'm unvaccinated?  I haven't had covid and I test twice a week.  This is unfair treatment and needs to be investigated.

I work in a facility through Nursa that has a designated hall for covid patients and unvaccinated. They still need to do their week of isolation. So that's why they want thier staff vaccinated to be able to work with all patients/residents.

A facility where I frequently work gave their employees a deadline to get vaccinated, or they would face termination, and a few did. They did not approve unvaccinated registry staff to pick up shifts.

Its because the facilities will be in trouble and possibly lose Medicare funding if they allow unvaccinated staff to work...
 They have no choice.
