Why aren't there anybody in here talking about the banking situation!?!?? We need updates not just "you will get paid soon as possible and it's not our faults.its not us that can't pay"

It certainly is you that aren't paying.i provided a service...they didn't provide a service...what is the back up plan?

Do you guys have a backup bank? How long before we get paid? What do we tell our bill collectors? 

 

I understand this is out of your control but a little more detail on what it is you are doing to ensure our money would be helpful and comforting.

@Kimberly Griffin4804500565 @MistyM We're so sorry for any delay in communication here. It was an unexpected situation (likely related to the operational problems facing Silicon Valley Bank) that our financial team has been working around the clock to address.

 

Nursa and its finances are secure, though payments were delayed -- We are very sorry if that caused any inconvenience. Payments were processed late yesterday, so just about 10-12 hours later than normal, as we were moving as quickly as possible. Delivery to your bank will take the normal time to process, possibly a day or two. Then we are back to our normal payment schedule.

 

We will be sending out another email today with more details.

 

Again, thank for your patience as we worked through this unusual case.
