I just love how some movies really reflect nurses when they have a night shift and get home really tired. It makes it feel so real! But some other movies are about nurses doing their jobs and making difficult decisions; what do you think about all the drama in these cases? 2 Miranda Belcher Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 She is a disgrace to nursing - but I can't help but have Nurse Ratchett from "One Who Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" come to mind! She is a terrible nurse but Hollywood mega-famous for the villainous role she played. It's an old flick starring Jack Nicholson, and I recommend it. Whoopi Goldberg was also a good nurse in "Girl Interrupted" starring Angelina Jolie - which is a modern take on Cuckoo's nest - but Whoopi is a great nurse.
