Working late can lead to overeating since it's our body's natural response to just go to sleep! But the night shift is so common among nurses.
Those tips are great! Here are a few more:
- Taking healthy snacks to work
- Having a healthy and balanced diet during the day, with a lot of protein
- Drinking plenty of liquids

- Getting enough rest during the day, as not resting enough can also trigger our response to eating more sugar

- Getting enough movement (yoga, pilates) can help us overcome anxiety as workouts give our body a boost of dopamine

- Staying positive (You can make this!)

I hope they help, even if it's a little bit.
