  1. I would like to see a time limit for facility to book you. If your not booked within 3 hours or a reasonable time after putting in request. Then when a facility press accept you need to get a message that says can you still do this shift. 

    Example:

    Shift open 1/3/23 6am-6pm

    Requested it 1/1/23 

    Facility accepts you on 1/2/23 for shift. It should ask do I still want this shift before being scheduled.

  2. Thank you I will contact support. I have tried logging in from wifi and with just data. I don't think its my phone I think it's the app. It only happens with nursa app. My filters don't stay. Dates out of order at times.

  3. This is my list of places I noticed use agency as place holders with a high cancel rate: advanced healthcare Aurora Colorado. Lifecare of Littleton in Littleton Colorado (this shift was picked up day before shift started). I will continue a list of anyone has any places they know of in Colorado please reach out.

  4. I do agree. I noticed a facility here in Aurora Colorado uses agency as a place holder and let's there staff pick up that shift as long as it's 4 hours before the shift starts. It was an okay place to work but after knowing how they do business I will never pick up there.

    There should be some protections in place,so facilities don't cancel us. Just like when we cancel we can't use the app to pick up shifts it should go both ways.
