I get paid immediately after I complete my shifts every time using the nursa direct linked app, you need the seperate app and then to link your nursa app to nursa direct

Requested means that you are offering to work the shift, the facility will wither confirm your request or cancel it and you will get notification, some facilities will wait till the last minute to confirm or deny because they try to get in house staff to pick up.
