I am a Team Player.  A seasoned Nurse 21 yrs. Although Nursing and the care has changed I haven’t.  I am in it for the Patients not a check.  I do have bills but my patient  needs come first.  My charting is very through, with great assessment skills. I am very compassionate and a good listener.  There is no form of care beneath me. If I’m in the room to do a dressing change and the patient is dirty I will clean that patient instead of spending 10 mins looking or  leaving the patient waiting for a CNA to come in.   It’s the little things you do for the patient that makes a big difference.
