Oregon Nurse

Hi everyone, is this a norm here or is it just me? I’ve signed up for 4-5 jobs this weekend and I either hear absolutely nothing-no one responds or I get assigned to it and then they cancel on me. Is there any tricks to get a shift and actually work it? any help would be appreciated. I’m about to give up. thanks!

I agree this is awful! I just started on this site and I’ve only been able to work one shift because the other 3 were cancelled on me!!! Is this a thing they do then? this isn’t worth my time!

well I was scheduled for two shifts at Avamere one ob 11/18 and one on 11/25 and they cancelled both on me. I’m new here and I’m not very hopeful of being able to keep shifts.. ☹️

I recently got my RN license so I can work as an RN. what are the responsibilities for RN? Is there a way I can shadow someone before taking a shift or is there a short training?
