I’ve been w Nursa over 2 years.  I loved the competitive hourly pay I used to tell other nurses about it.  Now, it’s disheartening to see that Nursa has now incorporated almost same hourly pay across the board for diff licensing.  There are no more bonuses now and SOS texts don’t offer incentives like they use to. What happened? I may have to go back to a regular 8-12 hour nursing job. 😭

I had a facility call me to see if I was interested in a shift they said it was posted on nursa.  I looked on the app and website I didn’t see it.  I called directly to nursa and they tried to help.  I was disappointed because how many shifts have been missed? The reps are very supportive but things were never fixed infact they’re worse I’m luck if see 3-4 shifts now. Never had this problem til this past summer when they made changes.

I have been struggling w their changes.  I’ve reported every time I’ve missed a shift that was never posted before and not getting notifications now.  It’s been going on since 4 months ago.  They mean well by trying to help but their tech dept does not help at all.   ALGORITHM? Not true it’s so bad.

Nursa I see the same complaints on your “community” page and same explanations are given from your support team.  They are not minor and it’s been very disappointing for the past 2 months.  Too many glitches since the new changes have been made to the app.  Now I can’t even get the app to work and give the shifts after using the “filter” that only sometimes work.  I’ve sent many screenshots that have been requested, deleted and reinstated the app, bought a new phone (iPhone 13 pro max), even spoke with one of your representatives.  All we’re asking is to fix this because the very thing that is suppose help your company succeed isn’t working to its capacity like it use to and it’s frustrating!
