  1. Apparently the app has the ban button positioned where the person taking the shift could be selected instead of the one that didn't show up. Supposedly Nursa is straightening out the ban by calling the customer, but this is a serious flaw. I will not be taking any more shifts when they are urgent or past the start time until this is fixed. The risk is too great that I will get banned from another facility for just "helping out." I am making this statement based on what I am told by the representatives.
  2. Hi NURSA Team! Not sure why there were not so many job postings daily for CNA's, LPN's and RN's, and this happened since Thurs. This does not usually happen, specially in Salt Lake area (where you always have new job posting everyday). Can someone please tell us what is happening with the app? Thanks, R
  3. Loving the independent workforce as a contract worker? With all the benefits it can leave some feeling isolated and lonely. Do you enjoy working on your own or find yourself craving more interaction with others? Find an online/in person support network. Join a community board, use a mental health app, join a local meet up group or start one, share your tips for staying connected with others as a per diem worker!
  4. I have been working with some CNAs that are neglectful/don’t care about their work. It’s very sad to see and have to point out. There needs to be a way we can report these aides so they can be talked to or trained or banned even. Can we make this possible please?
