  2. It's Crohn’s and Colitis Awareness Week (Dec 1-7) - this week the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation is encouraging everyone to talk about it. People are typically uncomfortable talking about their bowels, but on the heels of Thanksgiving where almost everyone overindulged, it's a good time to raise awareness. Do you know anyone living with IBD? How can you support them this week?
  3. December is 🎁 National Safe Toys and Gifts Month 🎁 --- Before you give a child in your life a gift, check to see if it's safe. Prevent Blindness America has a safe toys checklist for your reference.

These updates were designed to enhance marketplace efficiency and support our most reliable clinicians. Primary adjustments are designed to give you more flexibility in your scheduling needs when giving facilities advanced notice. Key changes include: Early Call Outs: Call out of up to four shifts more than 24 hours in advance within a 30-day period without penalty. Your fifth call out will result in a 14-day account freeze. Late Call Outs: Call out of one shift less than 24 hours before start time within a 30-day period without penalty. Your second call out will result in a 14-day account freeze. Deactivation: Five late call outs within a 60-day period will lead to account deactivation. Read full attendance policies here
  13. In what ways can digital tech support nurses during their shifts and aid their emotional and physical recovery afterward? The caregiving and nursing comes naturally to most in the healthcare.
