    1. Check-In and Arrival

      Clinicians are prompted to check in through the app one hour before a shift begins and again when they arrive for their shift. This is to help confirm and inform the facility user when someone is at their building. This step will not affect your shift report or payment, but rather it helps promote proper communication between the clinician and facility. Confirmed One hour prior to the shift, clinicians are reminded of the upcoming shift and prompted to confirm that they will be there.
    2. Cancelation Notifications | Clinician Cancels Scheduled Shift

      Facilities can be instantly notified via text message if a clinician cancels a shift. Each facility user can set up cancelation notifications in the Nursa app. Follow the instructions outlined below: Tap Menu in the top left Tap Settings Tap Cancelation Notifications Scroll down to Screenings Select notification timeframe (how far in advance you would like to receive text notifications) Options: Always, 24 hours before the shift starts, or anywhere from 1
