At the end of every shift, we get asked to rate and comments on the facility just worked at. Where do our rating and comments go? I would love to see what the facilities get rated from other Nursa workers. 

Just like support had told me, we get rated but we're unable to see our rating from facilities just yet.

Hi @Mornique Dicey. Great question there! Nursa uses ratings and comments from clinicians to provide facilities with feedback to help them improve, while clinician ratings giving by an individual person at a facility are only shared with other users at that specific facility. So clinician ratings from one facility are not shared with other facilities.

@Melanie Ott Thank you so much for explaining that in a very easy way to understand. I also was told by support we will get to see our rating eventually on our profile right about our titles. But also was told, that our rating and reliability score. Is what makes some like my self eligible for SOS Alerts.

@Mornique Dicey No problem! We’re always discussing the best ways that we could use ratings in the future to help clinicians stand out and show exemplary work to facilities, but we haven’t necessarily decided on what that will look like yet. But we’ll certainly announce it if/when we know what that will be! In the meantime, you can always add this as an Idea here in Community, which allows other users to up vote things they would like to see too!
