Response time

Corinne Williams

Question

One thing that this app is terrible for is the response time. I never know when I’ll get a response. Even when the job is posted within less than an hour of me offering to pick up. I’ve had to end up picking up with another agency that has better protocols for picking up shifts. They have people I can call and confirm with as well. On Nursa any messages I’ve sent never get responses back. So my suggestion is that Nursa provides on call numbers with people that actually pick up the phone so I can get a response back on whether a shift is available so or not.

This is great feedback Corinne! We know different facilities are more on top of communications than others, but clinicians do need to know shift availability. @Melanie Ott we can look into this communication feature and see how it can be improved. Let me throw this in our ideas forum so others can vote and add their thoughts on it too!
