I do not understand why NURSA does not allow LPNs to pick up CNA or CMA shifts as our license covers these roles. I’ve never had this issue with any other agency. For Oklahoma, there are very limited LPN shifts through this agency, which is disappointing, and the option to work in other roles you are legally able to is not allowed.
