Requesting shifts and getting facility approval

Hi there… I’m new to Nursa. Just wondering how long it normally takes for a facility to accept and/or deny your request for shifts. I put in a week ago for 3 shifts and have done my profile work and messaged the facility with no response. What other steps do I need to take to make sure I get the shifts I requested to be accepted?

Hi @ErinOswalt! The time can differ based on the needs of the facility as their schedulers control accepted shifts. In your case, your profile looks amazing! I would continue to request at the facility and utilize the in-app messaging tool to inquire if the facility is needing help. Requesting 2-3 shifts during the time you are wanting to work can increase your chances of getting your requests accepted as well 🙂
