@Rainier Bansil and @Jane Wu Thanks for letting us know you are having this issue! 


To troubleshoot, ensure you have the most recent update. Also, try clearing caches on the browser or deleting and reinstalling the app. (I know this is tedious, we are working to eliminate this!!). If the issue still consists it is best to reach out to our support team so they can escalate to tech support since this is definitely not how it should be working!
