1 Miranda Belcher Posted July 27 Share Posted July 27 Hands down one of the best qualities of a good nurse is one who helps out -whether it's for other nurses or their CNAs, a good nurse doesn't just sit at the desk playing on their phone (which happens rarely if time permits - but more often certain times of day or on certain units) without getting the call light as it's not "their patient" or letting the CNA get it. 2 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
