If you can no longer work a shift you've requested, remove your shift request as soon as possible. There is no consequence for removing an unscheduled request. However, if you want to call out from a shift that has been scheduled by a facility, please review our attendance policy here. Nursa is not responsible for any shift that is not scheduled in the Nursa App, and we do not allow facilities to post shifts after they have been worked. If a facility wants a clinician to work a Nursa shift, it MUST be posted, requested, and scheduled in the App before the clinician works the shift.
