  9. Great question, we often think of PRN work as the opportunity for nursing clinicians to work and yet stay separate from workplace politics - which can be exhausting. I wonder if that benefit outweighs the potential feeling of being an "outsider"?
  10. Nursa has top-ten lists for states that pay the best salaries for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs - looks like it varies a bit! https://nursa.com/blog/top-10-best-paying-states-for-rns https://nursa.com/blog/top-10-best-paying-states-for-lpns https://nursa.com/blog/top-10-best-paying-states-for-cnas
  11. Who here loves their specialty? What is it and why do you l❤️ve it?
  12. CRNAs are #1 on Nursa's list of highest-paying nursing specialties, earning upwards of 200,000 💰💰💰a year! Wonder what state pays CRNAs the most?
  13. How did you become a licensed nurse in Ohio? What kind of program did you do? PN or RN? Full-time or part-time? Was any part of your program virtual? Did you feel prepared for the NCLEX? Where in Ohio are you practicing now?
