Hi I'm a nurse in Utah and have used Nursa for two years. I have noticed the lower pay since last fall 2023. I really think Nursa encourages lower pay now. Last year (2023) there were SO many facilities NOT using Nursa anymore bc they felt they had to pay too much per shift. Nursa was losing lots of facilities due to this. Somehow, I think Nursa is encouraging this lower pay rate so that more facilities will work with them again. Well, I'm off to travel nursing or getting a regular staff position now as I don't work for $47 per hour! It's sad b/c I worked nearly 100 shifts in 2023 at really GOOD rates. FLASH! In 2024, I've only worked five shifts in two months b/c I won't work the low paying stuff out there. I can do better things with my time.

I really prefer our Payouts to be WEEKLY instead of twice per week because reconciling my accounting is so much easier this way. Apparently payout was recently changed to twice per week, but I like the old way of payout once per week as it makes reconciling my account so much easier!
