Nursa allows facilities to contact clinicians directly through the app to improve communication and make shift scheduling easier. Contacting a clinician who has requested a shift at your facility Tap Menu in the top left Tap Schedule Find and tap on the specific Shift Card Note: On the Schedule Page, you can adjust your filters to "Requested" and tap the date of the requested shift on the calendar Tap Manage Request Tap the envelope with the phone icon on any clinician card to pop up contact options: Text, Call, In App Message, or Email Tap on your preferred contact method You can also view a clinician’s contact information and contact options in their profile: Tap the specific clinician card to view their profile Scroll to below their list of credentials Tap the envelop with the phone icon next to "Suggest Clinician Upload a Credential" Choose one of the four contact options You can also use this process to request additional credentials Their contact information is also available at the bottom of their profile for reference. Sending an In-App Message is always recommended for contacting a clinician who is not yet scheduled. This will open a communication thread in the app that you can go back to as needed in the future. Contacting a clinician who is scheduled for a shift at your facility Tap Menu in the top left Tap Schedule Scroll and find the specific Shift Card Note: On the Schedule Page, you can adjust your filters to "Scheduled" and tap the date of the requested shift on the calendar Tap the Shift Card to open Shift Details Tap the envelop with the phone icon by the clinician's info on the right side Choose one of the four contact options Try calling, leaving a voicemail, or texting.
