These updates were designed to enhance marketplace efficiency and support our most reliable clinicians. Primary adjustments are designed to give you more flexibility in your scheduling needs when giving facilities advanced notice. Key changes include: Early Call Outs: Call out of up to four shifts more than 24 hours in advance within a 30-day period without penalty. Your fifth call out will result in a 14-day account freeze. Late Call Outs: Call out of one shift less than 24 hours before start time within a 30-day period without penalty. Your second call out will result in a 14-day account freeze.
