Canceling Shifts
I've worked with another agency in the past who had a facility that kept cancelling like that, and after so many times they removed the facilities remaining open shifts from their site for a period of time and admonished the facilities staffer. It's unprofessional of the facility staffer, and the agencies need to acknowledge that.
@TAJUANA (*nickname KITTY) MUNDAY (i've added your suggestion on how canceling could work here to help compare our processes)

Accidental doubles
If a facility has consecutive shifts in a day, I will usually request both. Now, I don’t mind working doubles when I want to, but I’ve noticed if I request both - meaning either/or and that being my intent - I usually get a double. Todays a great example of I’m pulling a double because I don’t want to cancel one to count toward my cancellations. I don’t really mind because this facility is fairly far from my house so it makes up the fuel used, but I was planning on visiting before or after work and now, not so much.
What about giving the facilities the option to post them separately or to be combined as a double? Mark it on the shift before you open details, and you could have a button to tap “Request double shifts?” And when you tap it brings up the options on consecutive shifts so you can hit both - and they can choose either two separate people or the double to cover it - whichever is available.
It’s also good for us. Rather than sift through to find the shift to correspond, it could do that automatically. Maybe make it a bit accident proof, like where it prompts you about the shift being a double before you request it.
i like doubles, I’d literally love to have Baylor shift options on here too, especially if they offer an incentive. I like working 32 exhausting hours in 2 days and getting paid for 40. Best schedule ever.

2 week block for facilities
I think the facilities should have more serious Consequences, when they hurt a cna/nurse, and out us in bad positions. Tbh I feel as though it should be just one strike for them, soon ad its reported the clinician is uncomfortable and the facility knows what they're doing they should be banned. Some will get off using nursa then hop on it again, cancel shifts, threaten, no call no show you, and iverall just abuse you, simply because you're agency. I believe that if nursa starts banning and putting more serious consequences fir the mistreatment of clinicians facilities might finally treat us right.

Frustration with viewing shifts
What's frustrating is I will usually pick a facility and work there for a few shifts/months. I can see shifts on the facility profile when I go through my wallet to find the shifts completed- So I know there are shifts available but no matter how the filters are set it will not pull up that facility.
The best option in my opinion was around summer 2021 the distance feature. I could find shifts close or far away. I live 1.5 hours from the Valley so I like to see shifts closer. I know that is an option still but it doesn't work.

Rewards Program/ License Reciprocity
I do believe that, when a clinician reaches a milestone in their total earnings. They should be some sort of a reward program from Nursa even in gift cards or something thing else. This will encourage and also be a form of appreciation from Nursa for the clinician contracting with them.
A clinician might travel to another state and has license reciprocity in that state, the clinician should be able to work as long as the license is valid. Nursa should introduce that option, other agencies like SHIFT KEY has the option.
Thanks

Payment of shift
I worked October 8, a 12 hour shift for Tanabell Meridian Meadows and have not been paid for it. I was supposed to be paid $775. The facility verified my shift 4 days letter from an email sent from the business office at the facility, also the scheduler emailed Nursa, but I still have not received payment. I am told everyday, a payment of $775 will be sent to your account, but it never happens. What else can I do??

Great app but glitchy
Great app. Love how I can look at available shifts and pay and request for a shift from my phone. The only issue I have is that it's very glitchy. I set my preferences and it still gives me facilities that are in another state. Also, would be great to add more acute care facilities in Colorado.

Not knowing when I'll be getting paid
When I first started with Nursa I liked the fact that I could pick up shifts Sunday through Saturday and get paid that following Thursday. It made it easier to plan out my work, I knew how much I needed to make that week, how many hours I needed to pick, a long with how many days, all based on which bills are due and when.
Now I don't know how many hours or days I need to pick up. What days will be deposited. How much to put into my bill account, savings and spending. Mainly HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THE FACILITY TO APPROVE MY HOURS. Which is now based on when we get paid for that shift.
I am a financially organized female and I can not be if the pay is ALL OVER THE PLACE.
