I agree, what app do you recommend as more user friendly?

I agree. Since this last update, it crashes more and more too. I'm actually afraid with the last update that I might accidentally press 'request shift' while scrolling! 

It is not user friendly at all.

I, personally, peruse shifts that are close to me and the pay is good. I vote to have those features back on.

Something else I'd LOVE to see is a mass delete button (select all) for notifications. Clearing them out one by one is tedious, especially when you miss the button and end up in the job. Thanks!
