Guest Posted September 6, 2022 Share Posted September 6, 2022 This is a great question! And very applicable since Nursa is really rolling out lots of hospital shifts. From what I've gathered, you need a certain amount of hospital experience to work particular units, which is the first step! Then you'll just want to upload more credentials to your profile than you would long-term care shifts. After that you'll do a shadow shift/orientation 🙂 pretty easy!
