Nursa requires prior experience and a compliance/orientation process for hospital shifts. However, for long-term care shifts, you can request a shift on the app and wait for approval from the facility. Clinicians often need to request a few shifts before getting approved for one, so don't lose hope if you're not approved on your first attempt! Keep trying.
