  • Removing a Shift Request or Canceling a Scheduled Shift

    If you can no longer work a shift you've requested, remove your shift request as soon as possible. There is no consequence for removing an unscheduled request.

     

    However, if you want to cancel a shift that has been scheduled by a facility, remember that your account will be frozen for 14 days if you have three (3) cancellations within 30 days. View our updated cancellation policy here.

    Removing an Unscheduled Shift Request

    There is no consequence for removing an unscheduled shift request. 
     

    1. Tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner
    2. Tap Schedule
    3. Adjust your Filters in the upper right corner to Requested and tap Apply
    4. Find and tap the Shift Card you'd like to remove the request for
    5. Tap Remove Request on the bottom right of the screen 

    Canceling a Scheduled Shift

    If you have already been scheduled and you need to cancel your shift, your account will be temporarily frozen for 14 days if you have three (3) cancellations within 30 days. See Frozen Accounts for further details.

     

    1. Tap Menu in the top left corner
    2. Tap Schedule
    3. Select the shift you want to cancel
    4. Once you are on the shift you would like to cancel, scroll down and select "Cancel Shift"
    5. Provide a message for why you're canceling
    6. Check the box that says "Yes I understand"
    7. Press "Cancel Shift"
