If you are in a state that is already a included in the multistate compact then you dont have to do anything. If not, then the only thing you can do is move to one that is. 1 Nenad Ivanovic Posted September 28 Share Posted September 28 @Andracadrice Crawford Here is what I found as requirements for getting the compact state license: Only possible for RN and LPN/LVN, SSN, English examination, Pass the NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN or a predecessor exam, background checks at state and federal, no conviction....
