Great question, we often think of PRN work as the opportunity for nursing clinicians to work and yet stay separate from workplace politics - which can be exhausting. I wonder if that benefit outweighs the potential feeling of being an "outsider"?

I guess it depends on the person? Some people might like to never be fully inside, and some people would even be friendly and create great bonds even when they're not around all the time!
