I want to dive into this especially since you have a great history on Nursa! @jcooper8 so sorry this has been your initial experience. I would make sure you fill out as much experience and essential credentials as possible. Also reaching out and contacting a facility (you can contact the scheduler or facility in the app) and making an introduction has shown to work great to start picking up at a facility.
